Why is there no appointment information showing, only black stars?

Both calendars – the Control Centre and Practitioner app – have the option to remove personal identifiable information from the screen. This allows for a patient to view the calendar when looking for a suitable time to book an appointment without revealing personal details of other patients.

To toggle the visiblity of data, use the padlock icon.
On the Control Centre, this can be found on the left hand control panel, under the mini calendar, at the end of the row of four icons.
On the Practitioner App, this can be found on the top right hand side of the Calendar page, the penultimate icon in the row.
