You can alter the Terms & Conditions page from the Control Centre -> Set Up -> T&C. These Terms and Conditions are presented to new patients accessing Patient Mode for the first time.
By using the following metatags in your document text, Consentz will replace the metatag with the data that you entered into the Clinic Profile page.
eg. typing ///phone/// (complete with ///) into the terms and conditions text will be replaced by the telephone number assigned to the clinic in the clinic profile page.
