Inviting a Patient to access Consentz via the Patient App and Online Booking

Patients can be invited to Consentz so that they may access both the Patient Application and the Online Booking widget.
Each patient is given a system generated username (although this can be changed) and will be asked to set up a password.
Their data may be shared with them using the Patient Application.

Before inviting a patient:

• Optionally change their username to a more suitable or memorable name
• Make sure their email address is correct as they will need to confirm their account

To invite a patient:
From the Practitioner App

1. From the Practitioner App, select a patient
2. Tap on the first option ‘Patient Details’
3. At the bottom right hand side of the page will be four icons



4. Tap the link icon, the final icon
5. Confirm that you wish to invite the patient
6. A password set up email will be sent to the patient

From the Control Centre

1. From the Control Centre, select a patient
2. Click on ‘Profile’



3. Next to the email field will be a button entitled ‘Invite’
4. Click ‘Invite’
5. A password set up email will be sent to the patient

Once the Patient has created their password, they will be able to access the Patient App and Online Widget.
