Assigning Treatments to Practitioners

Treatments can now be assigned to Practitioners from their Team Member pages.
This serves the following two main purposes:

• Assigns treatments for booking online if the Online Booking Widget is activated
• Reduces the treatments displayed on the calendar when booking an appointment to only those that the Practitioner performs

Assigning Treatments to Practitioners can be done from the Control Centre.

1. Select ‘Settings’ followed by ‘Team’
2. Select the practitioner you wish to edit
3. On the ‘Edit Team Member’ page, make sure the role of the user is set to ‘practitioner’
4. Under the field entitled ‘Treatment(s)’, select the appropriate treatments performed by the practitioner.
5. Once completed, click on ‘Save’
