Total number of Appointments per Practitioner in the selected time period

  • Practitioner Performance – are your Practitioners consistently busy?

Further Insight:

  • Revenue Per Practitioner – Revenue will depend on the Number and Type of Appointment, plus additional Sales per Product. Understanding how your revenue is generated will help you better appraise opportunities for growth, whether they be increasing product sales, or encouraging a certain treatment type, or simply converting more appointments to revenue generating ones.
  • Too much Demand – Is the demand for appointments greater than the number of appointments (a staff shortage)? If it is, you are missing out on patients that will go elsewhere if your can’t get them the appointments they request.
  • Too little Demand – Is the demand not yet large enough for all of your practitioners time? Make sure you are managing your overheads and incentive schemes, as well as developing advertising strategies to get patients through your door.
