Version 2.0.10 contains changes to the questionnaire workflow to accommodate questionnaires completed by patients online via the Pre-Appointment form functionality.
These questionnaires will now appear in the section entitled ‘Completed by Patient’ alongside the date of their completion. Upon selection, these questionnaires can be signed by the Practitioner.
Once signed and saved, the completed questionnaire will be listed under the ‘Signed by Practitioner’ section.
The workflow for patients completing questionnaires using ‘Patient Mode’ remains unchanged.
