Waiting Lists can be searched using the search box, using a particular search term, or selected by practitioner, to display only the names of patients waiting for a particular practitioner.
- From the menu draw of the Control Centre select the “Marketing” option
- Select “Waiting List”.
- A list of current Waiting List information will be displayed.
- To view patients for one or more practitioners, select them from the ‘Choose Practitioner’ drop down at the top of the page. The Waiting List will refresh to reflect the names of patients awaiting appointments with the selected practitioners.
- To search for a particular patient, type their first or last name into the ‘Search’ bar and click on the search button. The Waiting List will refresh to reflect the names of patients with the term that was searched.
- ID Clicking on the Id number will take you to the existing item
- Patient Name Clicking on the Patient Name will take you to their profile
- Availability Clicking on the details in this column will take you directly to the calendar
