Prospects are customers that have yet to become patients.
They’re the inquiring voice on the end of a phone line, the walk in that has yet to book an appointment or the email asking about treatment prices.
Information about ‘Prospects’ can be entered using the Control Centre, under the ‘Scheduling’ Menu.
Once entered you can easily convert ‘Prospect’ to ‘Patients’.
