The Super Clinic Admin Role allows total access to your entire Organisation. It allows you to create and manage multiple clinics, view reports across all your clinics, practitioners and access to all patients. The role gives full access to creating and managing Team Members, and is the first role created when registering for Consentz.
Log In Only Super Clinic Admins can create new Super Clinic Admins
- From the Control Centre menu drawer, click the “Set Up” option, followed by ‘Super Admins’
- A list of current Super Clinic Admins will appear.
- Click the ‘+’ button to add a Super Clinic Admin user.
- Enter the requested information and click ‘Save’
- An email will be sent to their email address to complete the process.
- Username Username used to log into Consentz
- Email Email associated with the account and used to set up passwords and complete the process
